Mr. Vega is the founder and CEO of Value Capital a private equity consulting firm. Mr. Vega has spent over 18 years in the financial services arena; He has spent over 13 years working with several Investment Banking companies and was licensed with the Investment Management Group of USAA, and as a Syndicate broker with Bear Stearns one of the world's largest institutional firms on Wall Street. He all so is the Director of Corporate Finance for several public and private companies.

He also founded his own brokerage firm Atlantic Pacific; he later sold his interests in Atlantic Pacific to National Capital. Since then Mr. Vega has assisted several companies in going public through initial public offerings, reverse mergers and APO. He sits on the advisory board of a SEC compliance Edgar filing company called Issuer Direct ticker symbol ISDR. Issuer Direct currently service over 600 publicly traded companies, and is one of the many publicly traded companies that Mr. Vega has assisted in going public. He holds two degrees one in Accounting and the other in Finance from the University of Texas.
